All quotes remain valid for 14 days. Portrait and pet photoshoot packages include up to 4 people, 2 people and 2 pets, 3 people and 1 pet, or 1 person and 3 pets. Additional individuals or pets incur a $25.00 charge each. Quotes cover travel within a 50-mile radius of Reston, Virginia (round trip), with an additional $2 per mile for extra travel. Extra photography hours are available at $200 per hour. Photography services are limited to agreed-upon hourly sessions and final product delivery.
A 50% payment is required at booking to secure your session date and time. Accepted payment options include Cash, Google Pay, PayPal, Venmo, or a check made to Angela van Maarleveld. Deposits are non-refundable. Payment plans can be arranged at booking, but final images are delivered only upon full payment.
Postponing a session three or more times results in losing the booking in full, and the deposit is non-refundable. Deposit validity is one year only. If unused, a credit may be applied to future shoots or transferred to someone else's session. Deposits are non-refundable.
Pets must have up-to-date vaccinations and be in good health. Sick or unwell pets should not attend shoots. Gift vouchers require full payment and are valid for 6 months. You'll need to contact us before expiration. Vouchers are non-refundable and not usable with other promotions or discounts.
For distant events, clients cover travel and accommodation costs.
Images undergo professional editing for exposure, contrast, color saturation, skin smoothing, eye enhancement, and sharpening. Additional editing requests incur extra charges. Final images are delivered through a private online gallery, accessible for two years. Loss of images after gallery expiry incurs a $150.00 retrieval fee.
